Return and refund policy for purchases made on the website www.soresiitaly.com

In the case of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Buyer, the latter shall have the right to withdraw from the contract, pursuant to and for the effects of Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason. 

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the consumer Buyer within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product to Sintonia SRL, Via della Repubblica 26, 29019 San Giorgio Piacentino (PC), Italy; in the case of separate delivery of several goods ordered by the consumer Buyer with a single order, the fourteen-day term for exercising the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last good is delivered. 

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, by the Consumer Customer, within the 14 days mentioned above:

The communication of withdrawal must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase (it is not necessary to specify the reasons for the intention to withdraw) and the product or products for which the right of withdrawal is intended to be exercised, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.

Sintonia SRL will communicate to the consumer purchaser a confirmation of receipt, by email to the email address provided during the purchase procedure on the website, of the withdrawal exercised.

The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within fourteen (14) days from the day on which the consumer purchaser communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, basically intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, instruction cards, and gadgets, without any deficiencies.

For purchases made on the website www.soresiitaly.com, the purchased products must be sent to the sender's address, unless otherwise indicated by the Soresi Italy Customer Service.

The only expenses due from the consumer purchaser for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for by Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Once the withdrawal request is received, Soresi Italy will refund the entire amount paid by the consumer purchaser within fourteen days from the date on which the consumer purchaser exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting the current account used at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the consumer purchaser with the communication of withdrawal, and in any case using the same payment method used by the consumer purchaser at the time of purchase. At the same time as the refund of the amount paid, Soresi Italy will remove any benefits associated with the purchase and eventually assigned to the purchaser as a consequence of the order placed and subsequently subject to withdrawal (e.g., discount coupons and reward points, etc.).

Soresi Italy reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products subject to the right of withdrawal or until the consumer purchaser has proven to have returned the goods.

If, on the other hand, the methods, conditions, and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this article, the consumer purchaser will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid. In this case, the consumer purchaser may re-obtain, at his/her expense, the product in the condition in which it was returned to Soresi Italy. Otherwise, Soresi Italy may retain the returned products, in addition to all the amounts already paid by the consumer purchaser for the related purchase. Shipping and transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
